Terms & Conditions
1. Dealer/Agent should deposit minimum of Rs.15000/- against which stock will be delivered at basic price.
2. The basic price per liter(conlife) is Rs.199/- + vat 5%.
MRP 270/- per Ltr (conlife)+ 5% VAT. (Transportation extra as per actual price)
3. The stock should sell within one month from time of receiving the goods or as time framed by manufacturer.
4. Demo kits / technical support will be given from company as per requirement.
5. The Dealers/Agent should do business in his allotted Territory /Area only.
6. In case of the agent not able to sale the stock within the time given, the manufacturer will take back the material and pay the amount against stock within a week time. (No interest will be paid).
7. Advertisement/Pamphlets/Leaflets and other Advertisement material will be given by the manufacturer as per requirement.
8. The manufacturer may have right to remove any Agent/Dealers without giving prior notice.
9. Any Bulk quantity of stock lifting will be other incentives/discounts.
10. For Private market Conlife brand name will be supplied with same technology.
11. For Government Concare Plus will be supplied.
12. Subject to Hyderabad Jurisdiction only.
